About the program
​This 10-week virtual training program is aimed at practice managers, the people who coordinate the team and processes in your practice.
Perhaps you haven't explicitly defined this role yet, and perhaps it's even unclear – you wouldn't be alone in this – but for the sake of quality, efficiency, and a stress-free work environment, the role of the practice manager needs to be clearly defined and equipped with solid management skills.

Easy integration into your business day
The training program can be easily integrated into everyday work. Each week begins with a 60-minute training session via video link on a focus topic, for which participants implement a suitable optimization of their practice management during the module week, leading to a noticeable improvement. If necessary, one additional reflection and consultation session can be taken per module week.

The Level Up! Practice Management Program makes Lean Management available to your practice for the first time: a good management practice used in the pharmaceutical industry that enables higher efficiency and quality standards. Your investment and refund policy
This training program is offered to medical practices for the first time as ofJuly 2025. As a first client, you can experience the benefits for yourself without risk: If you're not satisfied, you'll receive a full refund of your program fee.
Your investment (introductory price in 2025): €2,400 for 10 modules including certification; for each additional participant in the same practice or practice group: €1,200.
